I've eaten at a lotta mcds. Literally all over the world, as far away as Cairo, Egypt. And THIS McDonald's is the worst, hands... down. Most McDonald's are consistent in taste but this one is consistently bad. Food is bad, stale or something, hard todescribe. Plus they routinely screw up my order. I called once to try and get refunded or correct food, as I didn't realize ituntil I got home that my order (about $40 worth of food, family of 5) was completely wrong. Assuming it was the wrong vehicle?,not sure but it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Never got a call back after leaving two messages. I get that mistakeshappen but this one is more consistent with the bad than it is the good. I'll go to Egypt before stopping here again ???? Read more
Y'all do NOT go here. I know a lot of people in the comments have complaints, but this one is coming from someone who just got... coffee that tasted like chemicals. Took one drink, threw up when I got home. Been ill for three hours now. Please be safe andstay away from this place. Do not take your kids here. Do not give them business. I tried ordering through the drive through on my bike and did not get served. They said that couldn't take no orders on bike. I... don't see the difference???I'm a paying customer. I'm never going to a McDonald's again. That's just not right at all!! Read more
This could have been 2.5 stars, but can't work that magic here. I ordered a simple fries and $1 drink from the kiosk, marked it... for "eat here" and was told to take a number tent/enter it on the kiosk (which I did,) and then go have a seat/put the tent onmy table (which I also did. The lobby was empty. No one at the registers. I was only one of two customers seated. I was tryingto catch up on some work. 15 mins later - no food at my table. I finally went up to the front and there was my food in a bagwith my tent # on it. No drink. I waited a couple minutes before catching on of the few employees there and asking for my cup. The young lady couldn't have been nicer - but they were obviously severely understaffed. There's no napkin dispensers and thebooths/tables were sticky. Read more
Food was fine. Employee was rude to everyone. If they put napkins & condiments out or allowed for FULL customizing on their... kiosks we wouldn't need the person's position. Guess he fails to realize he's lucky to have a job since we're basically doingall the work for them ordering ourselves now. Read more
Trust me if I could mark less I would. When getting my order taken the person was more interested in the man at lows making a... fuss to himself and then when he was done taking my order like a 3yr old. Was fine up untill I opened my 2 cheeseburger meal andonly wanted no mustard and apparently that cost me the meat... whaaaat! Lol yup no meat Read more
Careful with this McDonald's. I live nearby and have a 5 yr old boy. Like most kids he likes McDonald's for the toy in the happy... meal. However, half the time (including tonight) you can't even eat what you get from the drive through. It's ridiculous. I'vereceived expired milk, the wrong order, etc. Tonight half the patty was sticking out of the box and hanging by a thread of meat.Disgusting. I threw it out again and made my dinner. Don't waste your money. I tried calling them but they just answer and hangup on you. Must get too many complaints. Read more
Always a horrible wait in the drive thru. Pulled in maybe 6 cars ahead of me, and the line came to a standstill for a good 10... minutes. Of course many cars behind me so I can't back out. Tried to call and ask what the issue was as no one had moved andthe rude employee who answered the phone hung up on me. The drive thru staff at least were nice. Read more
