This McDonald's seems to always have something wrong with it. This time, we got a large order of fries that was a mix of old... fries and somewhat fresh fries. Came here to order my son lunch. Ordered a happy meal and one extra cheeseburger. They didn?t take my order right. Then when I... needed to correct it they refused to. I was asking to purchase another cheeseburger bc they were the ones who didn?t take myorder right. The weird Mexican manager closed the window on me and my 8 year old son when I was trying to ask if I can justorder it real quick so my son can have his lunch. She cussed at me and told me to get out of her line that she will not add itfor me. Very nice girl came to the window and asked what was going on. She told her manager to relax and stop talking to us likethat, then gave it to us for free. Never coming here again. A regular employee should not be having to apologize for theirmanagers behavior. We ordered delivery and it came from this restaurant. The bread on our burgers was so dry and the meat felt old. The chicken... nuggets felt like they were sitting for the whole day. The French fries were dry and old. And plus they got our whole orderwrong. If you want McDonald?s, it?s in your best interest to go to a different one. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac. When I opened the box the burger was a bit deconstructed. The pickles weren't even bothered to be placed in... the burger and it was missing quite a bit of sauce. I went back to let them know. I thought, give them the benefit of the doubt,maybe they were really rushing, so I didn't have an attitude toward them. Before I could finish, the gentleman (not sure if hewas the manager) told the lady at the counter to just make another one. I did get another one, but I could Bearly hold it in myhands. I think the lady making it didn't like the idea of remaking another one and slapped all the sauce she could on my burger,oops! I posted some pictures of the burger. I'm not usually a picky person. I just wanted to enjoy a nice Big Mac. Maybe I'lljust stay away from that location. It did irritate me that I couldn't enjoy my burger in the end. The salad I ordered for myhusband was fine at least, lol! UPDATE: I did go back, I thought, this isn't right. I got to speak with the manager (who by theway was not the gentleman). She was very helpful and nice. She listened to what I had to say, and quickly offered solutions. Iwas respectful toward her, and she showed me the same respect. I am very impressed and pleased. Just for that, I will give themtwo more stars and I will give them another shot. Her kindness went a long way. Read more
