RUDE STAFF!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. My grandma was trying to order a senior coffee and we had 2 associates come up to us... and tell us to order on the self order kiosk and we looked and there was no senior coffee option so we asked politely if wecould just get someone to take the order for us and the lady that came to gave us the order gave us so much attitude for askingfor 1 senior coffee. Then right now a elderly man asked if he could get served by a person because he couldn?t figure out thekiosk and they told him no to just leave! How rude! Never coming back here again for anything! Received the most depressing Happy Meal ever from here 20 min ago. Open the box and it might as well have been empty, no chicken... nuggets. Just sauce and fries. This realization made my 6 y/o cry. Thanks for the WORST happy meal ever ???? Read more
Manager was extremely rude. I showed up at 9:42 and the manager tried telling me it was already 10 while her and another worker... closed the drive thru off with cones. I then corrected her on the time and she then changed her story to say that the system wasdown. She then just waved me off while saying very harsh words. Rude employees, especially the African American lady with glasses and blue shirt. They gave me old and hard stale fries, offered... no ketchup and had to wait at window for 2 min before someone came and I could ask for ketchup. Poor service Read more
Made the mistake of visiting this place for the first time in years, ended up waiting in drive through 15 minutes, before "We're... only taking cash." I don't have cash, "That sucks, have a nice day." Trapped in drive through another 15 minutes. Glad McDonaldshad kept up with the professional standards they're known for. Read more
Ordered a few combos & 2 happy meals. The screen menu was not working couldn't see what to order. One of the happy meals should... have contained 4 piece chicken nuggets. Instead we received a bunch of tarter sauce. No nuggets* We called the store and askedfor the manager (Denise). She proceeded to tell us she didn't believe us and that we must go back to store to prove this. So noonly having a hungry child, but she was also unwilling to be apologetic or refund our purchase. One of the worst experiencesafter speaking with manager Denise. The manager begin to give excuses or even simply apologize for the error. She began to giveseveral excuses as to why this has happened. All of which falls under the manager in charge for under ordering materialsneeded. Not only did we wait for several minutes in the parking terminal station. We were also told they were waiting onfries..well guess what the fires are served cold and we're aslo under cooked. The level of customer service here is extremelypoor on the manageral staff. This is the 2nd time*** this has happened to us and normally consider it a fluke. But clearly thisis on ongoing problem. I have attached a photo as proof for the manger to review.*** Plus now still have a hungry child. Iwould not recommend this McDonald's to anyone.
