As a veteran and his almost Veterans Day I know what service is. My child and I dropped in to get a Simple hot and ready... pepperoni pizza. Period, no one was at the front, I had to start saying hello, there were a lot of other customers stuck I'm astuck, when someone came up to give out pizza they What were rude didn't acknowledge anyone when I asked the guy can we order heasked if there was an online order ? I didn't have one but we don't have to have a online order to get a pizza. Proceeded to saywe could not get pizza unless we ordered online, online is an option not a must, It doesn't say online or at their door thatonly online, comma this is bad customer service as I watched a gentleman come in had a online order and nothing was there forhim even though he did online so that wouldn't have helped anyway. This was a total waste of time when we were late Getting homeand trying to get something for our children to eat, we had to go out of our way to another Caesar's pizza to get simply apepperoni pizza because of their bad customer service and they didn't seem to even care Beware if you go to this Caesar's pizza.We used to come here a lot back in 2019 and They have gotten way worse. So I always get Extra most Bestest I ordered 4 to watch the World series got home Ate 1 it was a Classic pepperoni tried calling... 45 minutes waiting on phone decided just to go back over there talked to the manager he was nice enough to replace the 4 with noproblem even if I missed most of the game Thanks for the pizza now these where the Extra most Bestest. Literally trash. Order my food 30 mins prior , got my email saying my food is ready. I even show up 10 mins after receiving... confirmation that my food was ready only to have the cashier literally ignore me until I yell is there anyone in the back smhfor him to tell me I have to wait it?s not ready. Worst little caesars there is!! There?s absolutely nothing they ever have! over several visits I?ll list what?s broke or out of... stock! No wings, no soda, can?t give change, can?t take cash, the warmer that keeps ur pizza warm broke!! Notes on the door theycan only accept mobile orders in the middle of the day.
