Is it illegal for them to keep your change as a donation when they didn't even ask you? Well, they did just that, gave me $11... back when I always get some coins, looked at receipt to see if chicken got more expensive, instead receipt said "You donated$0.36 to the KFC Foundation" the hell I did, I'm not about to give even more money to the millionaires who own KFC! Jut ordered a door dash from this location. And it was the best damn kfc I ever had in my life!! And I?ve had a lot of famous... bowls!! lol I tried calling to thank them but couldn?t get through.. but if any one reads these or cares? thank you so much fordoing such a great job. We used the drive-thru. The employee was friendly and polite. We just ordered two chicken strip combos. The food was okay. It... wasn't the best KFC experience and not the worst. The strips were kind of small, but tasted fine. I guess you have to ask forbutter and honey with your biscuit. We didn't get any with our meal. KFC will have to start doing better if they want to stayopen. They used to be one of the few chicken restaurants in town. They really have a lot of competition now from other chickenplaces and even the deli departments at local grocery stores. They do sometimes send out coupons in the mail, but just likeeverything else right now. Prices are high, especially if you need to feed a whole family. Read more
It's KFC so uh, it's kinda what I expected. Definitely nothing to write home about. Overcooked but still mostly edible. These... are the Nashville Hot Tenders, a lil tough in some places. I hadn't eaten KFC in probably over a decade & probably even longerfor this specific location & clearly, I haven't missed out on a damn thing. Has Jack Harlow ever even HAD KFC, ???? why the Fdid he sign THAT contract, geeze? Only recommend if you are desperate & don't want something else offered by another food placein the same plaza. I am not shopping at KFC. I have edited my old review and updated it with the today?s visit. They don?t care about the... customer and it appears the employees don?t care. I was the only customer and they couldn?t get the order right. I asked forall thighs and mac and cheese instead of cole slaw and I ended up with all 3 and a drumstick. The food tasted old, but I washungry to eat part of it. I have coupons for 2 sandwiches that I keep forgetting to use, but I think I will give those tosomeone in need. The mashed potatoes had barely a teaspoon of gravy and everything tasted old like it had been sitting forawhile. Read more
Food was great and the cashier Ely was awesome ! Only problem is I ordered 2 large mash potatoes and gravy and only got 1 . But... was charged for both . There was barely any gravy maybe about 1/3rd cup . Not enough for what I paid for . Tried calling thestore multiple times but keeps ringing busy .
