Delivery lady was really sweet but super late probably not her fault. My sandwich was missing extras including cheese. And the... bread was rock hard almost not edible. Called to get an update on my order as it said delivered but was not there yet and phonestaff seemed irritated and I was hung up on abruptly when our conversation was over. I can only assume short staffed. I will notbe ordering from this location again. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 1145. Called them 4 times and was lied to about it being out... for delivery. Finally called to cancel and get a refund at 115 with bo sandwich still lol. What a joke Read more

Waited an hour for my food. Paid $10.59 for a sandwich that was missing half of the ingredients. Not only that but was pulled... out of an over stuffed backpack. The delivery guy (who clearly hates his job) went on to belittle me that I ordered from thewrong location in the first place. Then why take the order in the first place?! Never again! If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a joke. I put in a order expecting a timely delivery sense it?s jimmy johns. I live 1... mile away from the store. Over two hours and food still hadn?t arrived. I called the store and they said the food was on itsway, that they only have 1 delivery driver and he delivers the food on a bike?.. had to laugh because I couldn?t believe it..unreal. I have tried to order from this location in many instances. In almost all instances, my order is either short an item, ALWAYS... late in being delivered (over an hour wait), or my order gets canceled because they have no delivery person or they call out forsome reason. It is the worst service I have ever experienced. Read more
