This was my first Jimmy John's experience, I came in and the cashier gave me two good recommendations when I asked about the... food and sandwitch that I should get. Ordered online for pick up. Went in at 4pm 8/6. Both employees saw me walk in, turned their back to me and didn't acknowledge... me. I had to get the cashier's attention to say I have a pick up. The other worker was arguing with someone on the phone whilewearing a gun openly on his hip. I felt very unwelcome and will not be coming back to this location. I was a regular. Im not sure i will continue to be at this location. I stood in front of an employee, also at the cash... register, for several minutes before he acknowledged me. Then, when he did, he acted like he was being put out by my presence. Iwas the only one there. Then, my two sandwiches took an inordinate amount of time to make. Maybe he baked the bread himself? If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT order delivery from here. They do not deliver or return your money back to you. Ordered... off the app and after an hour past my order placed, it still just said "store received my order". I called twice and got ananswer. The guy who answered said my delivery wont happen. He is the only one at the store and is just a delivery driver andcannot help. He said there is no one who can help me NO managers NO employees there. Absolutely unacceptable and this feelsillegal they are still in business scamming people and not giving people's money back. Freaky fast delivery? Yea right!! I order from this location at least once a week and the last two times I ordered they were... late. This last time was over an hour until I got my food. The manager was suppose to give me a discount but he didn't. I justwon't order from them anymore. Read more
