This was my first Jimmy John's experience, I came in and the cashier gave me two good recommendations when I asked about the... food and sandwitch that I should get. I read the reviews on google that apparently the delivery option sucked so I ordered inperson for take out, it was quite fast. I would for sure come back! Ordered online for pick up. Went in at 4pm 8/6. Both employees saw me walk in, turned their back to me and didn't acknowledge... me. I had to get the cashier's attention to say I have a pick up. The other worker was arguing with someone on the phone whilewearing a gun openly on his hip. I felt very unwelcome and will not be coming back to this location. I was a regular. Im not sure i will continue to be at this location. I stood in front of an employee, also at the cash... register, for several minutes before he acknowledged me. Then, when he did, he acted like he was being put out by my presence. Iwas the only one there. Then, my two sandwiches took an inordinate amount of time to make. Maybe he baked the bread himself?
