I'm a big fan of Jimmy John's and this is another great location. Submaker Kyle is an awesome guy and made me a super delicious... new big Mac style(w. cheese & thousand island dressing) roast beef sub. The roll and roast beef was super fresh and tasty. Mysubs were done in under 10 minutes. Highly recommended for sub lovers at the NW corner of Baseline & Rural in Tempe. Read more

I placed an order online today and William called me to apologize for them not having a delivery driver and offered instead for... me to come pickup. When I went in he had my order ready with a smile and was the only one working! My sandwich was delicious!!Give this man a raise!! Read more
Super friendly group with fast completion of sub order but what puts the store over the top for me is as I was leaving I noticed... a homeless gentleman in the parking lot and offered to buy him a sub. When I went back into the store to ask to have a sub madefor the gentleman and the manager, (I assume) said there was no need to pay for it and he would take care of it himself. Classact! Read more
The last time I placed an order for freaky fast delivery was August where I encountered the same freaky slowest service... possible. Though In August the manager was rude and hung up on me. Today's Call was answered by a much more apologetic personwho sounded as stressed out as he could be. I will definitely not order delivery from this location again which I'm sure towhich they probably wish there was a lot more ppl who would say that. Read more
