I am a regular at this shop. The employee turnover is kinda high but the service has never been an issue. The ingredients are... way better than other sub shops and the store is cleaner than other restaurants in the area. Went in for lunch, saw the sign on the door that said no public restrooms. Did not think much of it, surely they could not mean... for paying customers too? Paid for my sandwich and went to wash my hands and BOTH restrooms are locked shut with the same signon the door! I don?t even see this kind of blatant disregard for customers needs in bad parts of town, let alone in a fairlyaffluent area going into Scottsdale and right by the lake. As a Vegan I would not recommend eating here. To much cross contamination going on . They touch the meat sandwiches and then the... vegan ones and the same knife is used on all the sandwiches. Very unappetizing for me. Really does not look any better then aSubway sandwich. It is a bit more expensive then Subway also. Read more
I went here because I had a coupon for a free sandwich. I will say that it worked as I fully intend on returning on my own... accord. First off, the ingredients were very flavorful and high quality. I really liked the selection of toppings and saucesavailable so I could customize my sandwich as I pleased. Regardless of how good the sandwich was, the customer service Ireceived was even better with the workers devoting the entirety of their attention toward me and making sure my every need wasmet. I wish I got their names so I can personally acknowledge them, but I encourage them to keep up the good work! Read more
