I'm a big Jersey Mike's fan and this is another great one. The crew was working hard putting up a new menu but Manager Mando &... submaker Travis had my secret menu Stickball for me in minutes. It had fresh ham, salami, provolone on a fresh rosemary rollMike's Way. It was great and I may start ordering all secret menu items lol. The blonde lady that was there got mad because she was training somebody and it took my card 3 times to go through. So she came... up with attitude and dropped a 25% tip to 0. Worst service I have ever gotten there, and I go once a week. Will be going acrossthe street to Jimmy John's from now on. Read more

OK so to be fair I have put off eating from this place for a crazy amount of years because somewhere in my head it got crossed... with Jimmy John's by the way. So the other day someone told me to go and pick them up a sandwich from this place and that Icould get one if I wanted to as well. So I walked into the place 1st of all it actually smelled wonderful the girls behind thecounter were super nice really calm laid back strong and friendly. She right away helped me everything was cut fresh right infront of me took the sandwiches home heck yes they're delicious totally gonna eat there again by the way get it my get it Mike'sway and add other stuff absolutely delicious. Always was 5 stars ? up until today. We are property owners across the way. Have had plenty of our business and even meeting and... catering; but that's no more due to the NEW staff and management..... Or lack of. Today was my first day back in about a month,let's say when introducing ourselves and trying to explain our previous relationship, we see that's all in the trash ????? now.Unfortunately you will definitely be seeing a lot less service and customers around our location from your surrounding area,events that you have may not be welcome on our property anymore for promotional events as well. Long story short: Bad customer service, I?ll go to the one on Scottsdale Road now. Long story: Went in wasn?t greeted asked for... a #55 (chicken) paid for my food and the guy with flippy hair wasn?t really attentive but whatever. Got home the sandwich wassteak, hated that I had to go back. Drove back that same guy had an attitude with the lady in front of me. I think she was aDoorDasher so she asked for a sticker on the bag but the guy put it on there sloppy and she asked can he redo it. He had anattitude (saying he put 4 stickers on the bag) but it got worst (he walked away saying stuff under his breath). The lady waslike where?s the manager and she pointed at the lady that came out but no one said anything so she left. My turn- I told thatguy and the lady that i was given steak when i asked for a #55. The guy remade it and apologized. I think they were having a badday and taking it out on the customers. Ordered a giant roast beef and they couldn't even put the meat on there to be honest I got more roast beef off of subway sub... sandwich then what they put on this one. Had it made Mike's way and they couldn't even do that correctly then when it came timeto wrap the sandwich the guy turned it into a puddle on the paper after we wrapping it five times and then made a joke about itbut instead of realizing they screwed up and starting over to give me a quality sandwich they still made me pay for basicallytwo sides of bread and a puddle of meat and condiments wrapped in paper needless to say that sandwich entered the trash canbefore I left the store and the manager did not care to do even 1 oz of customer service Read more
