My boyfriend and I came through the drive through tonight (Monday) at around 7. We ordered and then we're given our milkshake as... soon as we pulled up and we paid. Then it's took 20 minutes (atleast) for them to give us our food. They asked us to pull up andthen reverse. There was cars piling up behind us the entire time. Then after we got our food, some man tried to jump in our carat the end of the drive through after he sprinted towards us as we started pulling up to leave after we got out food. I work downtown Mill Avenue and so I come to this Jack-in-the-Box pretty often. You better Hope you have a car and go through... drive-through in the morning for breakfast because the place opens at 9 o?clock in the morning and if you try to walk in, thedoors are closed, which then they redirect you to the walk up window which no one stands there at all ready to take orders. youwait for ever unless another person comes through drive-through and then you?re noticed at the walk up window. Even if you lookon the inside threw the windows you can?t see anyone at all it?s like a ghost town cuz there all bunched up in the back. Lunchand after is great it?s just that why I have the place open, lock the doors, redirect people to go to your walk up window, butthen have no one there to serve people at all. Considering this is a high traffic area one would expect this would be a high performing store. Nothing could be further from... the truth. I've tried this location due to necessity because I needed something quick and it was on the way, only to bedisappointed multiple times. I have given up on this location. The owner of this franchise needs to take a close look and seewhat's going on. Read more

The food was awesome, we ordered a triple chicken. The staff was also helpful. Ordered a jack jumbo as well, that was also... really tasty. The limited offers they have are really great and affordable. The taco sauce is also yummy. The atmosphere is alsoquite good. Calling to see if there drive thru is open due to nearby stores having staffing issues and to save drive time because me and... coworkers have very short lunch breaks. They will answer the phone with no response just to set it down so the line remains busyto prevent any further calls. After reading other reviews it is no suprise. The manager should have been removed if they aretowing their own customers for financial gain. Corporate please look into this. Read more
