You guys could honestly mess up a one car accident! Got a spicy chicken, didn't even have the spicy patty. Asked for hot sauce... and got ketchup! Seriously? Maybe your employees have to stop going out front and smoking crack with the hobos! Read more
I originally gave them a 1 star review, but I am changing it now. After I posted my review, the owner got in touch with me and... was very concerned. He said he definitely did not want people to feel bad after going to his store and he also told me he wouldtake care of it. This is a person and company that I feel like really cares about the customer service and that is trulysomething that is rare to find. Thank you for taking the time to make things right and checking into the problems I had. I willgive it another try when I'm in the area again! Best customer service ever. Read more
8-5-22 I got a number 16 with an egg roll and it was the greasiest nastiest thing I've ever touched let alone tried to eat!... Somebody doesn't know how to use the fryer that's for sure! Keep in mind that the number 16 has been my favorite item on themenu for 5 years so usually they're egg rolls are to die for this one was disgusting! Also my son got the three piece spicychicken strip combo and the chicken strips were small and super dry almost like they reheated them in the microwave orsomething. And one of the three strips was the size of a nugget! Totally disappointed with the food at THIS location! Read more
This is not the first local Jack in the Box I've had this happen at. They are leaving the cheese and hot sauce off the tacos. I... think they are just hoping people just not notice because it's happened many times lately. Too much to be coincidence. Nothingbut meat and lettuce. Read more
This 1 star review is courtesy of the lovely young lady at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and was greeted... by her with what I thought was an incorrect amount of money for what I had just ordered, I questioned the amount. She repeatedthe order, which was incorrect. I ordered a large onion ring and a large strawberry shake. She repeated the order as 2 largeonion rings and a large strawberry shake. I informed her that was not correct. She proceeded to tell me that was what I hadordered. Once again, I corrected her. She changed the amount due but had the WORST attitude at this point. Basically, shesnatched my money from my hand, slammed the window, and I was watching her at this point. She just carried on inside. I'm notsure what she was saying as the window was closed, but I could see she was physically bothered by the fact that the order wasnot correct. She hurriedly gave me my food with another quick slam of the window. I wanted to throw the shake at her but thoughtbetter of it. I figured here was the place to justly criticize her.
