This location blows. I?ve been here during the day and service is good, but anytime I need to make late night runs they?re... always ?closed? ?system down? or ?only taking online orders?. I work late so I usually drop by around midnight-2 am. Last weekthere were 2 cars in line waiting for food and I got unlucky and the blonde gal told me the system was down. Seriously lame! Read more
I?m extremely disappointed, there was a new employee working alone with swollen hands. There were around 8 cars behind me and he... had to prepare all their food. Im not even mad at him, im mad at the person who made him work alone who even thinks that. I gothere regularly and this has never happened. Hopefully I find a closer jack in the box near me. We have visited this "24-hour" location at least 4 times afterhours in the last few months and have been turned away every time.... Tonight, they told me they were only fulfilling UberEats and DoorDash orders and closed for everyone else. WHAT? Turn off the 24hour sign and stop marketing if it's not open to the public. Read more
Went after hours on a bicycle. Was turned away and told I have to be in a car. No other customer was there, just descrim against... someone not in a car (on bike). Go out of business then. As a patron of this location I hope they feel the lack of my visits inthe future. Read more
The restaurant itself appears to be in decent shape. The morning manager was incredibly rude. He banged on the bathroom door 3... different times within 10 minutes. And the night before an employee told me that my pet could not be on the table. My serviceanimal was sitting on my lap, not the table. Read more
This is Jack in the box isn't bad this is usually my preferred one I always get the same thing two jumbo jacks and a large curly... fry. But tonight when I received my order I only ate about half my burger my wife finished mine and ate all of hers she's beenviolently throwing up out of both ends for the past three or four hours now she has extremely bad food poisoning at this verysecond. I live and work next door to this establishment. I work late hours. I work in the service industry and have been by over the... past few months after midnight to order. They?ve always had a sign saying closed due to short staff. Today I drive up and get inline, it?s late, just before 3am, however there are cars being served. As I am about to pull up an employee walks up outside myvantage point to change a sign?being that it?s so late/early the menu could be changing. He sees cars behind the person heliterally puts the sign up in front of while they?re ordering and says nothing to anyone that?s waiting. My turn is next. Thesign reads ?drivethru closed due to short staff?. Not sure if it?s a staff/management/owner/or franchise problem , but I sure ashell know I?m in the heart of Tempe and if this Jack n the Box can?t live up to their commercials then why would anyone elsehave any faith in them. No meat -ALL Lettuce. Everyone that work there wouldn?t even eat the stuff they make for the community I?m so upset.
