I have encountered a very rude employee recently. I was taking a druve thru from the Jack in the box near Broadway and Rural... (Tempe 85281) around 11:52 PM on 11/20/2022. I believe the server?s name is Luz, as printed on the receipt (medium height,mustache). Me: Hi, anyone there? (No response) Me: Hi, anyone there? Emp: Give me a minute. (~30 sec later) How can Ihelp? Me: Do you have the munchie meal? Emp: Available items are on the menu Me: Sorry I do not see it on the menu, do youknow if you have it? Emp: It is there on the menu. I am not gonna go over there and show it to you. ? Anyway, I ordered two.Made the payment. Got my card back. Got my food. He did not give me a receipt. I asked for a receipt, he gave it but he wasmumbling something with a grumpy face. Next time, if I see him there again, I?m not gonna hand him my credit card, and eat fromsomewhere else instead. Terrible drive thru experience last night. Extremely rude person named Jonathan refused to take our order and proceeded to make... us wait in the line to leave. Initially he said he was backed up in orders when there were only 2 cars in front of us. Weresponded politely with a ?yes that was ok? and spoke amongst ourselves as to what we would order and he kept telling us, atotal of 3 times, that he wasn?t taking any orders for the next few minutes. Then proceeded to say he wouldn?t take our orderand we can wait in the line to leave. By that point there were about 6 cars behind us so I?m sure Jonathan was thrilled to taketheir orders. Maybe some training in professionalism and customer service would benefit him. Or maybe increase staffing socustomers don?t get treated with disrespect. Just a suggestion. Read more

Same basic jack in the box, nothing special, except their curly fries! Being that it isn't on the street corner, it's easy to... get in and out of. Large fries are still under $4! Keep that price point Jack in the Box. They make the fries fresh mosteverytime I order em! Read more
