Folks at the counter did not seem to understand what was being ordered. Ordered for 4 super tacos and got 6 and got 6 regular... tacos ordered 2 regular tacos and got 4 regular tacos. Professional employees and a presentable location. Never had any issues for months of coming here and today they gave a wrong... item but were quick to ask me to return at my earliest convenience to correct it when I called them. Plus the drive thru isplenty wide enough so no worries about curbing your rims and the location is super easy to get in and out of. Read more

Great food and fantastic service as always. Trip was only ruined by the garbage customers harassing the staff at the register... approximately 12:30. My breakfast sandwich had a large egg shell inside of it (see photo) and one of the guys that works there was a little bit... rude. Update: I came by the drive thru at 4:00 AM and the guy rudely said "we're not taking orders." So they are NOT open 24hours apparently. Read more
French fries we're so salty I couldn't even eat them. I took it up and showed the people behind the counter how much salt was on... the fries they did not offer to help me out. I gave 3 because its Jack's, if was any other place it would've been 1. Watch your receipt and make sure you get what you paid... for and paid for what you specified in your order. Shady practices not once or twice, 3 strikes your outted. Did you happen tohire a phone scam operator for this location? Oh yeah! Make sure you get your change or card and reciept in drivethrough...worst Jack in Az, and I've been to most of them. Read more
