Absolutely horrible service. This will definitely be my last time coming here. The wait is always long and the workers are... always rude. If you don't like your job...that's not my fault. Tonight the young lady at the drive thru cut me off and gave methe total before I could even finish my order. Read more
Please tell me why all of the employees here seem like they're loaded out of their minds? Like really? Nobody in the whole... restaurant or in line at the drive through, and I still have to wait like 10 minutes to get my order. On top of that, when Ipull up to the window the lady working it would only look down or away and wouldn't look up to see me handing her my payment.This is the middle of the day yo. How can you still be I'm business here? Does nobody actually check in on this place or what?Do not go there at night or you'll be waiting at least 20 for your food and that's when the worst of them are working. I try not to write negative reviews, but holy s***. Went to the drive thru this evening, ordered food. Forgot my wallet, didn't... want to be wasteful so I asked them to save it and returned with my wallet in the lobby. I paid and left with my food, only todiscover when I got home that half my food was missing and the other half was incorrect. We return in the drive thru to ask forthe rest of our food. They ask for the receipt and send us around the corner to wait outside. After 15 minutes we walk inside,where we are told that they think we are scamming them and they won't be making our food. Confused, my wife asks for the receiptso that she can leave, but is refused her receipt. She asks the female cook in the back, who ignores her. EVERY single time we try and go here (its very close to our house) it sucks. They either don't want to make whet we want or... there's only 1 person working, or they're out of something. It is literally always something. WORST fast food joint out there!If I could give zero stars I would. Rude and lazy employees in addition. Reply to owner: I have lived here for over 10 yearstrying to go to this location, escalating things internally does not work if you just don't care and that is literally what isgoing on here. Sat at drive thru at first no one behind me. No one takes order, about 5 mins give up and pull around no one. Decide to park and... walk in wish I hadn't. Few employees all sitting when i walk in . maybe a meeting but no one working drive thru? Cashier seemedrude no common greet or anything. Finally get food and i say thanks out of basic courtesy nothing. Man if you hate your job thatmuch Everyone is hiring. I dont like to be this negative but pathetic service. Place did not strike as clean . at least i gotfresh fries sandwich was ok nothing great which i get it fast food. Should have went to Canes . won't be back anytime soon ifever to this location. Waited 12 minutes at a "fast food drive-through". Used the time for emails until it was apparent the staff had either all quit... or been kidnapped. No movement of the line at all. Luckily I was in the back and able to escape and not be forced to waitlonger. Feel sorry for the others trapped between cars. Should have read other reviews about the awful and slow drive thru. Tell me why this one says drive through 24 hours but they wont answer their phones and they say systems down in the drive... through. If your sustems are down for 2 hours a night dont say youre 24 hours. Do better. Read more
