Had a waitress that was clearly new as she was terrible; would have felt better if she apologized or explicitly said that she?s... new. First she never gave silverware until after our food came so it wasn?t hot by then. For a table of 7 she took orders at oneend making us raise our voice and was really weird by making us pass our own food and drinks down to eachother instead of doingit herself, how lazy and untrained. She also forgot to bring condiments and parts of the meals. Also when handing people drinksyou never place your dirty hands on the part where people drink yet she did that many times. Watch out for a white girl with redtinted hair and ears that stick out Read more

Service was lacking. Took longer than expected to get coffee. We had no napkins or utensils available to stir creamer with. Food... was delivered and we still had no utensils. We asked for some and were finally handed take out packs of plastic forks andknives. This is a sit down restaurant with ceramic cups and plates. The people on the other side of the aisle had metalutensils, but we were handed plastic. There was a small spill of milkshake on our table that the waitress completely ignoredand did nothing to either clean up or provide us anything to clean it up with. Condiments on the table (ketchup) were empty. Twotables on either side of us remained un-bussed throughout our entire visit with plates, trash and half eaten food spilling overand in our view. As far as I could see there were no bussers working on a Sunday at 11 AM. There might not have been anydishwashers either. This IHOP is right next to a college that was in session but yet can't find enough workers to do therequired basics of a smooth operating restaurant...turn the tables over! Bus and wash. Free your wait staff up to providefriendly service and rotate through tables. These are basics. Three stars are food quality which was actually very good. Read more

I say this because it's not the first time. What's going on IHOP? You have staff there, I saw them. My go to are the Swedish... crepes with a coffee on the side. Something I love about the crepes is the toppings; lingonberry sauce and the lingonberrybutter. No butter ¯_(?)_/¯ maybe put some regular butter in there to substitute ( I did get three cups of maple syrup ). Iwouldn't be upset with the effort, except, my coffee tasted like cardboard. I threw most of it away. Sorry IHOP, you can dobetter, I know you can. Read more

It?s 4:30am ? YES AM as in MORNING, it?s 24/7 and only 3 tables contain guests and it STILL took them MORE THAN 15min to even... GREET me, let alone seat me. Don?t bother with this location they clearly don?t have their sh!t together enough to run a decentbusiness. MANAGER CAME AND TOLD ME EVENTUALLY in a COMPLETE UNAPOLOGETIC MANNER THAT THEY CANT TAKE ORDERS AND THAT I SHOULDJUST LEAVE BC SHE ?couldn?t take orders anymore? not only that but her ?current guests couldn?t pay pay her bc of it.? It?s notmy fault I don?t care lady! FOH! TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Read more

Great service :) four stars just because it seemed like the kitchen and wait staff were a little overtaxed. Took a long time to... get my food. But they were very pleasant about it! Read more

There was only one waitress, and she was running her tail off. Food was good, and there was a LOT of it. I waited longer than... expected, but I'm sure that was related to their being short staffed. Read more

We went late night. It took a while to get seated, a while to get someone to take our order (2 in the party) and a while for our... food to get out and the food wasn't the freshest. I've never been to this i-hop in the day time. Wouldn't know the type ofservice and quality of food they give in the day time. Read more

I was surprised at how busy IHOP was. Though Saturday afternoon is prime time for breakfast, so I shouldn't have been. The first... time I visited was years ago when the diner first opened in this location. It appears others have discovered it as well. I wasseated right away. And my server came right away for my drink order. She took the rest of my order since I knew what Iwanted. My food was served quickly. I included photos of my order. The bacon was greasy and softer than I like, but wascertainly edible. The rest of the food was quite good. I would suggest ordering crisper versions of the bacon and hash Browns, but those are my preferences. The big meal included more sausage and meats than I thought. Only order if you are really hungry. The pancakes were fluffy and sweet. Oddly they ask if you need condiments and that syrup is considered a condiment. When Isuggested no condiments she clarified, "did you need syrup?" certainly I thought. I assumed syrup would be coming since Iordered pancakes, but you may need to ask. Refills are free since we still live in the USA. I forgot to order tea, so I can'treport on that. There is Wi-Fi. Speed test says 50 megs but real life usage was oddly sporadic. Not amazing speed. But goodenough for most if you check email etc. No video watching speed. I turned it off because of that. After tax $18.14. Inflationis real. If you don't need ham, links and sausages I'd order cheaper fare. They offer happy hour between 3 and 9 with lowerprices. I'll check that out next time. Over all perfectly fine breakfast, attentive service. The servers wear clean uniformsallowing you to find them. Plenty of staff. Quite busy diner, but the staff seems well trained and customer focused. 20 bucksfor breakfasts that might cost you 5 bucks per person at home is high, but expect these kind of prices now. I also ordered highmeat content. Mostly I wanted toast and hash Browns with my eggs. The eggs are smallish, but that seems like standard fa Read more
