Every time we come here it takes at least 30 mins to make a sub, what is going on!? It's a sub! I can get a steak dinner faster.... This business model needs to be reevaluated! Staff is great, food is fine BUT expensive and slow. Spend your money elsewhere! Read more
Ordered 2 Subs and it took 30 minutes to make them....They spent their time making Uber eats orders before ours ...I get it... there's a need to get your delivery orders out however it's not fair to the customers dining in or take out to be held up forthat type of time to make 2 sandwiches....I feel like if it's an issue there should be an employee for deliveries and anemployee for walk-ins Read more
Clean, friendly, fast service, and attentive workers. It's always nice to see when a company finds good employees with great... attitudes. Thank you! As for the food, not a single complaint. Sandwich was fresh, drink machine didn't give off that word aftertaste (meaning they actually clean it), and they get the orders right without a long delay. Nice place to go for a quick bite! Made a special visit to try a new cajun chicken sandwich was put together little messy. Didn't taste bad at all lots of... jalapenos. Cheese was melted nicely quite a bit of chicken. I'm not sure how they got it so tender that was the surprising part.Most chicken you get is quite overcooked and dry this wasn't the case here. The two stars is because it's just too hot maybesome sunscreens on the windows. Get prepared for this hot summer Firehouse subs. Pictured is the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket (sandwhich description: USDA Choice Beef Brisket, Cheddar, Mayo, Sweet Baby... Ray's Barbecue Sauce) I ordered today from the Southern & McClintock shop. Somehow they forgot to include the barbecue saucewhen I specifically asked them to not forget it since its been overlooked in the past at a different location. I also orderedextra Cheddar; however: single layer of cheese is what they used. Thinking twice about ever rounding up again for firedepartment equipment because I seriously question their ability to get the funds there lol. Update in response to managementresponse: This was not a "custom order" (it's a brisket); barbecue sauce comes on this sandwich based on the description. How doyou forget the BBQ? lol. I ordered a Steak and Cheese sandwich and they forgot the cheese, the peppers, mushrooms and mustard. It was just steak, onion... and Mayo. Kinda bummed over half of my sandwich was missing, especially since I paid $11 for it (should have been halfoff????) I understand forgetting one thing, but 4 of the main ingredients? The location is nice, and the food is yummy. However, the cost is very high; for the same price you get twice the amount of food... if you go to other sandwich places. Read more
