I just wanted to take a moment to shout out an outstanding worker at this location. Sean you were fantastic! I ordered a... catering order last minute and Sean swooped in and saved the day! In case you are wanting to order catering from Fire House theydo require a 24 hours notice. I was under the 24 hour mark when placing my order but Sean was super accommodating and even tookthe time to help me customize the order since the website was down. ????????Awesome experience???????? after a long day of work and yet still not over with I stopped by for a quick bite to eat... ordered a small and all of the employees insured that I knew exactly what I was ordering to make sure that I wasn?t walking outhungry they showed me the sizes and I was able to order the correct one to fill me up these guys are awesome! This place is good not great but way better than subway and Quiznos for sure. One of the problems is,they waste paper bags. I... can see if it is to go,you may need a bag but if you eat inside this place, there is no need to waste any materials. Read more
Okay so I was having such a good day to only have it ruined cause they messed up my WHOLE order. I wanted to have dinner with my... husband and well I couldn't cause I had to waste our dinner time on me driving all the way back to get my order fixed. Yes theyfixed it. Yes I got the correct order at the end of the day, however I lost time with my family AND her excuse for the girl thatmessed up my WHOLE order was because it was "busy". It was NOT busy. I was the only one there when she made my food, the rushcame after she made my food. It's one thing to miss modifications on one sandwich, but messing it up on both our sandwiches,forgetting my soup, also having the Mac and cheese be portioned as though it was a cup instead of a bowl. Wow, I ? the customer service by the manager and crew. My first experience with Firehouse subs. Cashier Manny recommended the... Italian sub and it was so good. I have always been a Subway person because I am ex-employee. But this Italian sub sandwich wasso good. The locations is clean and I am glad they have huge select of diet sodas. I would highly recommend this location andthe sup/crew were very welcoming. I would come back and have already recommended others to come here as I ate here. ???? Read more
Gotta give special shout out to this location. Great sub shop already liked Firehouse Subs but Customer service here... outstanding. Connor excellent service sir you deserve recognition . Whole crew as well. Couple days ago took home wrong sandwichjust due to simple mix up with another customer same name. Didn't realize until i got home. Called them they offer to fix itimmediately i was not wanting to return and just ate the other sandwich no biggie. But they still put my name down for free subwhich i got a couple days later. Fantastic service getting harder to find these days but not here. Don't forget their fireman'sfund tip jar if you go great cause. Great sandwiches great service thank you???????? Read more
