The Filiberto?s on Warner just East of the I-10 Freeway on the South side of the street is open 24 hrs and the food is prepared... Fresh and to your immediate satisfaction. The personnel are very professional and are extremely helpful if trying to assist youin making a decision on what is included with your order(s). Besides having a very versatile menu Filiberto?s offers a DailySpecial Value Meal which is very reasonable on your pocket-book. I was greeted by Rene when placing my order thru the drive-up. Im a frequent Customer i work down the street monday-fri my wife was with me one day she wanted a side of rice due to medical... issue she had to use the restroom ???? first it was 2pm between 2:15pm she proceeded to the restroom and the a woman wascleaning the men's restroom she stopped my wife that she couldn't use the woman's restroom. My wife said I have medical issueshe can not hold her bladder she stated to my wife she could use the restroom somewhere .which was very rude and unprofessionaland unkindness to a customer who has medical issue. 20 minutes later I called and ask for the owner or the manager to voice myconcern the woman who answered the phone handed the phone to another woman which probably a co worker asked rudely and hung up.Neither will I or 6 other Co workers that frequent this restaurant weekly will never eat here again. I will never recommend thisrestaurant to future co workers and family or associates because of un kindness and professionalism and selflessness of thewoman wanted to control the restroom. Read more
I thought the menu at all Fili-b's was the same, but I recently ordered the veggie burrito from this location for the first time... and it had sour cream on it. Usually it is dairy-free....so I was disappointed. Read more
Has a really bad experience today, I asked for the cured carrots that come with the jalapeños in the little bag and they were... spoil i almost eat them I?m so glad i noticed them, so watch out please throw them away if you think they?re not good don?t letyour customers get sick ???? Read more
First trip there. Was decent. Clean restaurant. Service was friendly, but not super fast. I ordered just a burrito and it took... about 10 minutes and, unfortunately, when I got back to my office I found it was the wrong burrito. Bummer. Read more
My wife had a cheese quesadilla. My son had the taco-burrito combo ($9.13) and I had the two chiles rellenos ($9.23) platter. ... Prices were higher at this location than expected, but the taste, quality and amount of food was very good. My son had to boxhalf of his to take home and I had a hard time finishing my plate. Service is slow - so be prepared to wait. We arrived at thelunch time peak and there were about 10 orders ahead of us. All orders are made-to-order which in my opinion is a great thing,if you have the time. Love the Salsa Bar with tortilla chips, by the way. Read more
