Horrible organization, no clue what they are doing. Waited 30 min, lost our order, then had no clue how to do a refund. Can?t... track an order, can?t toast a bagel, can?t call out a name, can?t issue a refund and can?t take responsibility, as if somehowit was my fault. Read more
I walked in to the shop to find everyone busy. Nobody took my order, so after 10 minutes I ordered using the app. This same... store earlier gave me an offer for free bagels, but no shop on campus honors it. Lots of room for improvement here. Read more
The manager was very rude and decided that we shouldn't feel welcomed or try to utilize the space in the dining room because she... assumed we were homeless... She also made a comment about a grocery bag I had with me being from Raising Canes. Then she told usnot to get comfortable because she was going to be closing the restaurant due to a leak coming from the upstairs. The rest ofthe team was very polite and seemed to have the appropriate sense of urgency and worked together well. It was very clean andseemed to be recently renovated and I loved the style and cleanliness of the restroom as well. It's a shame that the managerwould spoil a first impression with customers by first assuming they were homeless and then thinking it is ok to treat thempoorly or attempt to make us leave as soon as she can. Amazing amazing AMAZING ???????? I love goin here to get food n drink for my coworkers whenever I'm asked. The staff here make... my experience wonderful every time. They stay strong and support each other well even when there's a long train of customers allready to drink and devour the entire menu. I thank you all at this Einstein Bros. location. Based on the location, I was a little worried about parking for this coffee shop. But parking is not a problem, at least in the... morning. Inside is spacious and there is more seating outside. Their speciality is obviously coffee and bagels, both of whichare excellent. Alternative drink choices are limited especially if you are interested in herbal teas. Read more
