Lost a customer the other day due to being out of French Toast Bagels by 10am. Was super disappointed, wanted to order a dozen.... I love these bagels and so does everyone else. The fact Einstein designates such a little basket to them is frustrating, theyneed to make more of these because they sell out so fast! Corporate needs to know this! Something's wrong with these people. They don't mind seeing people pull at the exit door but won't spend $3 on a sign that says... exit only. Very frustrating I just watched an old lady and she's standing there struggling wondering if the store is open. Howcould any manager let this go on repeatedly? Read more
I went in and ordered on my lunch i almost got hit parking because the people who order pickup don?t single when they back out... literally turn the key don?t look both ways and back out luckily I honked horn I get in 2 ppl in front of me family of three Idon?t get my food after 4 different groups of ppl only one was a too go order I could tell the other was a regular I told theguy how to pronounce my name they mispronounced it when I was served my food Read more
Usually don?t have an issue with this place and we enjoy coming here before my dr appointments since it?s right across the... street but this morning both bagel sandwiches we ordered were burnt and did not taste good at all. Not really worth the $18 ispent.. Read more
Consistently get shorted on spreads The attached pictures represent a reasonably common experience with this store. This time... it was BOTH cups and they were both a bit over half full. I expect to get what I pay for, but sadly this is not always true. Read more
Eh, I would never recommend this specified Einstein Bros. Bagels site. Reason being, the staff members here prefer to socialize... than efficiently serve customers, clean the floor (from my dozen experiences here). A female employee (name unknown) commented,?I?d rather be at Starbucks? when I requested the timeframe regarding the completion of my food order. I ordered my mealutilizing the Einstein Bros. Bagels application and received an estimated timeframe between 10 - 15 mins. However, I waitednearly 40 mins for my food and beverage. I firmly believe that the staff members today at this site would greatly benefit fromadditional training to increase their efficiency and friendliness. Still one of the best places to get a hot bagel with cream cheese. And coffee or ice tea, don't always get to go there but when... I do I make sure I get my money's worth, I wish they had more places of business. As They only seem to be around high inshopping centers. Still the best place for A good bagel???? Read more
Cashier was really sweet but the service went down from there. I ordered an iced coffee and bagel and the bagel was given to me... within a minute but I watched five people walk in and place orders and have their items in hand and out the door while I waitedfor my iced coffee. When they finally handed it to me, it was so full that when the straw went inside of the container, coffeewas everywhere.
