The location on Ray and Rural in Tempe is absolute garbage. First of all, it takes way too long to get a simple bagel and... coffee. And everytime I go there, an issue always comes up with either the food or an employee. Today was horrifying. I firstwaited way too long for my food and while I was there the manager was getting angry at another customer just trying to pick upan order. The gentleman was kind and just asking how long it would take and she did not like that he questioned her. Shethreatened to ban him from the store! Honestly she should be fired. No wonder this location always has issues. The employeesthere must hate working there if they are dealing with such an awful person as a manager. And of course, this location isn'tlisted on the Einstein Bros website so reporting them is nearly impossible. This location needs an overhaul. Corporate needs tostep in and make some changes. No business should be ran like this. Also, she absolutely stinks of cigarette smoke. What a turnoff when you walk into a restaurant. Not something you want to smell when getting food. Read more

Mixed bag of service. Been there 3 times. Twice ok, just walked in today and 3 employees let me stand there for 5 minutes... without taking an order. I walked out. Figure it out people. Read more

Did you know this particular location charges to toast you bagels??? Yup that's right you cannot get a half dozen toasted unless... you order them individually which is $4 more. Everyone there says its not their choice and that its corporate policy even thoughI've never had someone refuse to toast my 6 bagels at any other location. It's just so sad that we live in a world right nowwhere no one takes ownership, the customer takes whatever they can get and better be happy about it. Read more
I showed up and 730 am on a Saturday to pickup bagels for my daughter's birthday. The majority of the bagels were already picked... through so I asked if there were any more in the back. I was told this was everything. I asked for the 2 remaining blueberry and5 plain bagels. The lady asked, "you really want all my plain bagels. Umm...Okay". That was quite rude. I didn't know I waslimited to how many bagels I should or could buy. I was treated like a major inconvenience with the employees looking at me andlaughing upon trying to order the remainder of my order. To make matter worse, I'm pretty sure the lady who helped me was themanager since she was wearing a different colored shirt than the rest of the staff. Don't waste your time or money. You will wait 30 minutes for one sandwich only for them to realize they didn't even start it... when you go up to ask. Then they will try to tell you you are wrong about how long you have been waiting, even though you have atime-stampped receipt showing exactly when you ordered. Read more
