Tried this new location, not my usual spot. I will give 3 stars as the expediter @ the DT lacked a bit of customer service.... Tried to hand me my bagel bites in JUST the bag they come in! NOT in a bag with some napkins of course. When asked to be put INa bag w/ napkins, she gave the eye roll as if it was an inconvenience to her. When she turned around to bag them, the Mgr. wasbehind her and I looked at the Mgr. who saw her do that like, what is she doing??? The mgr. gave me a look of confusion as ifshe couldn't understand why the girl would do such a thing. After ALL that, I drive away ONLY to find my bagel bites are totallyCOLD!!! Went back, talk to mgr about the WHOLE transaction for which she apologized for and said she spoke to the employeesabout putting orders in a BAG, ( kind of figure that's JUST protocol ). Made me new bites and gave me a gift card to make up forit. I appreciate the compensation, but won't return as I will just continue to stop at my regular location. Read more
Burnt tater tots, small portions, long wait time after ordering at the drive thru. It was a Sunday morning, I understand and... don't mind waiting. But please do better with the quality of the food. A tip - avoid giving customers napkins along with handingback their change and receipt. Best practice is to place them in the food bag. Will try again in a few weeks. Read more
Small portions for sides, burnt around the edges. It was edible. We understand things happen. Great customer service. Please... place the napkins inside the bag, and avoid stuffing too many items in one bag. Kinda smoothed everything. Hey, it's fast food. Read more
Fast service during the drive-through. Ordered a vanilla swirl frozen coffee and a strawberry frozen drink. Delicious!!!
I normally don't care for dunkin donuts. I've been there like 2 times in my life. My husband wanted them one morning and it was... super early so it should've all been fresh since they just opened. The hash browns were burnt outside and raw inside. Theydidn't give us our whole order and they didn't even give us the donuts we ordered. The only reason they get 3 stars is becausethe coffee was good. Read more

I'm giving them five because they are doing alright, for being fairly new. The one's that did leave bad reviews, did so when the... store was literally just opened that day. I can forgive them for not being swift and smooth, that will come later, hopefullysoon because I've been wanting this Dunkin to open for months now. The place was a dry cleaner for the longest time, and nowit's something wonderful, a sweetness and caffeine haven. Today I was the second person here, I better get my free coffee for ayear ????. I go to this dunkin for drinks all the time since they opened & I never try the food but today figured I would & now I will... never again ???? on top of the guy kind having attitude which I always look past bc serving jobs can be a lot but raw bacon wasmy final straw lol i?ll be back for the drinks just not the food..
