Dont even bother. Waited more than 25 minutes for a sandwich and was about to just leave when it was finally my turn (they were... taking 5-10+ minutes per person and I was only the 4th car waiting) they scanned my phone and asked ?you said no receipt right??to which I replied ?oh, no I didnt say anything but I dont need one? I guess this triggered something to seriously offend herbecauae the next second i had a window angrily slammed in my face. I guess I can see how that could be taken rudely but I reallydidnt mean it that way. Regardless, I just sat and waited 25 minutes for you to complete THREE orders in front of me. If anyonehas a right to be upset and be rude it would be me but I didn?t even mention any of m conplaints. Oh and this is also like the10 th time I?ve been and every time theres an issue. Wrong item, wait forever, or (now apprently) really rude people. They wereeven taking vehicle-less customers up to the window AHEAD of cars despite the inside being open for people to go order?just areally bizarrely run location. Never going back (and neither is anyone else as the drive thru is typically 100% empty. Only had4 cars this time because they took 25 minutes to allow them to accumulate ???? this place is a JOKE like makes me holler andlaugh out loud dont bother going unless u want to laugh at them and how bad this place is. Really bad hours they?re never open or they close early every time. I went there 9/5 at around 6:30 and I saw toddlers playing... inside the work area. One was hanging by the drive through with her legs out the window which I thought was strange and veryunsanitary. Anyways I pulled up to the drive thru and they just said they?re closed. By reading everyone else?s reviews I seethat there hours have always been a problem and I agree. Do better ! Read more
Dunkin Is VERY underrated or I?ve been living in the dark. Either way I?m glad i went Great food. Great prices and they were... very willing to accommodate special requests. The suggestions made were perfect, Hazelnut Cold Brew with foam and a breakfastsandwich that was BY FAR better than a ?mcmuff?. At the drive-thru window, I was given cold coffee and the wrong menu item. I asked them to remake the coffee which they did, but... they refused to give me a refund on the food item. I asked for the manager, and the employee said she was in the office on thephone. I waited at the window about 5 minutes with no manager appearing, then decided to go inside the lobby to see saidmanager. All I got was a run around from the two teenage boys who worked there, they were wearing sloppy t-shirts and hoodies,no uniform, no name tag, no representation of Dunkin Donuts at all. The one of them lied to me and told me he was actually themanager in charge, he said he could not refund me but he offered a gift card. He also claims to have written down the names ofthe store managers with phone numbers and also his own personal first name. The gift card turned out to be used, and neither ofthose two managers existed that he had written down. I drove to the other location near 79th Street and Thomas Road and actuallygot hold of one of the managers over there. They corrected the phone numbers for me and indicated that the store I had thisvisit has had had lots of problems over time. So I was lied to, I was ripped off for $15, so I made a phone call to corporateheadquarters for Dunkin Donuts and am currently emailing and corresponding with them with photos of the Interior, the employees,as well as the ID numbers on the bogus gift card. I hope the owners of this franchise can read this review and act accordinglyso they don't get ripped off by their employees anymore. I will continue to eat at other locations, but this location here hasdefinitely Fallen to the bottom of the list with poor service, poor food choices, and lying thieving employees. Read more
Disgusting, soggy, greasy, nothing fully cooked. Didn't finish half and i hate wasting food. Had a similar experience at another... location so i think no more Dunkin for good. Always disappointed. Read more
Every time I come to Scottsdale I come to this location. The coffee is phenomenal the staff is awesome! The shop is always clean... and tidy. The drive through has enough space for a big dodge truck and more than comfortable for a little jeep. The location iseasy to access off Scottsdale road as well. Good place for early Sunday morning coffee n donuts,unlike the location at Thomas rd and Hayden. I was able to get my "box o'... joe" and 2 dozen donuts for my church group with out delay. Coffee was hot,donuts delicious. Read more
