Some of the better Dunkins around. Nice, clean and great doughnuts!
Unfortunately, this location is struggling overall. I visited three times this week and each time the restroom, lobby and front... area haven't been cleaned. All three times never greeted or acknowledged. The same stains from Monday are still present on frontdoor and windows. Trash, crumbs and stains all over floor and employee area. I ordered Munchkins each time and still dry notfresh. Hopefully, Ownership gets involved and starts to address Operational standards. I understand 80% of the business is drivethru but have some integrity. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews however, I live 2-minutes away from this Dunkin and have had the worst experience my last three... visits. First, I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. I waited patiently for 15-minutes and only asked for an update once.After asking again, they set my mobile order on the To-Go shelf. This same drink and sandwich have been sitting behind theirmachines for over 10-minutes? Even after I asked about it and everything, they still left it sitting out out of reach. Coffeehad melted ice and the food was cold. This is also when I noticed their B-Rating inspection sign. My second visit I was told bythe drive-thru that we only had one drink ordered. We even showed her it was two of the same drink, one was just a free reward.Instead of holding the line up and being late for work, we drove away and lost our free drink. Luckily Dunkin support gave itback after I put in the request. This last visit was very upsetting? waited 10-minutes at the drive through window for onesandwich, was told we didn?t have any drinks, proceeded to show them (correct address, order date, ect) and they finally gave usthe drink. Said they couldn?t make us a pup-cup because they were too busy. I understand customer service can be very busy andstressful, but at some point, something gotta be fixed. The staff here is fantastic ! Honestly it?s like visiting family . I always bring my dog and they always give him a cup filled... with whip cream (pup cup) which he loves. Beyond that, there food menu is top of the line for a fast food place. I especiallylike their breakfast options Read more
Overall I do not recommend this location. I order two separate occasions for delivery. The first time I discovered they didn't... give me my drink and four of my donuts from my half a dozen I paid for. Instead of calling the number on the order to see aboutsubstitutes they had the delivery person play messenger which means I got a refund but no food. The second time today I havepictures. I ordered half a dozen and received 5 donuts I didn't order. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I'm sure manyknow the cream cheese has to be requested on the side. i knew this and asked for it to be put on. I received a practicallybuttered bagel with cream cheese. I don't own cream cheese so I now can't eat my bagel. Overall not impressed with this location. The menu screens were broken and when asked the worker seemed annoyed to help. I... ordered the mango passion green tea it tasted like syrup it was way too sugary. I definitely would save your money and skip thisdrink, even tho it sounds delicious. This Dunkin location has inconsistent quality food/drinks in addition to bad customer service. But their proximity to ASU keeps... them in business. My issues: -Multiple times I have received the wrong order. This includes one occasion when I ordered alatte (over $5) and was given steamed milk...? I complained, but I never received my latte or a refund. I have had severalsimilar experiences. -The espresso drinks are usually fine, but the coffee is BAD. Usually the coffee is so watery that itresembles black tea. I say, check out a local coffee shop instead. There are several in the area that would have better qualitycoffee drinks and would greatly appreciate your business. Read more
