I'm disappointed with the semi-recent app changes. It's so much harder to get a free drink. I used to come here at least once a... week, but since $1 now equals 1 point, you need to spend $900 to get a free espresso drink. Not worth it. I'd rather put $900towards my own espresso machine. Plus points expire, so not worth it. The staff & drinks themselves are okay, but coffee can beinconsistent (good or bad). The breakfast sandwiches are usually kind of soggy, but I'm holding out hope for the avocado toastthat I want to try! Read more

I don't come here normally but i didnt want to drive far my home and i should have. First i wasnt given the right change no big... deal simple mistake the girl then just quickly tried handing my my food and drink at the same time. I get home to find that theydidnt put cream or sugar in my coffee which i specifically asked for. I have those things at home but if i didnt then i would'vebeen mad. Its not a complex drink and i didnt ask for anything crazy just coffee with creamer and sugar. Read more

Do not go through this drive-thru if you have a truck. The drive-thru is super tight and on a hard corner. Had to jump a tire... off a curb to get around the corner with the truck. Super tight squeeze, horrible design. Read more

Well I just had quite the experience at this location. This WAS my usual location, but I will now drive further for better... service. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, an iced latte and an orange juice. I get home and open myorder to find I did not receive my bagel order, but received two small bagel bites; not even sure what they were. Was annoyed, but accidents happen and can usually be rectified. I called the store and spoke with a woman who was kind and I told her whathappened and she asked me if I wanted to come to the store or receive a credit for next time. I wanted my order so I said I'd goto the store. I drive back to the store and let the woman up front know who I am. She then walks to the drive thru area andstarts yelling to a "John" the manager and he tells her what the order was. She gives me the bagel and that's it. No I'm sorry. No, "let me make this right." The manager did not come up front AT ALL. So now I'm upset and aggravated that I spent more moneyon gas to go get an order that should have been right in the first place! I then asked for the manager just to let him know Ibelieve this situation was handled extremely poorly. He finishes a drive thru order and then comes over to me with a completelyblank expression and asks me how he can help me. I tell him I'm upset and disappointed how poorly this was handled and that I'veworked in the food industry and I can't believe there was no offer to really rectify this issue. He looks at me and goes "wouldyou like me to refund the bagel for you?" Now putting this uncomfortable option in my hands rather than just refunding andapologizing for the inconvenience. I was super uncomfortable, but said yes I would because at this point I'm so disappointed. Hesays "The refund is $1.72, but we'll round it up to $2." If he was being sincere, you could've fooled me. I will never come backto this location because of this experience. Read more

Tried Dunkins for the first time. The Bacon'n'egger down here is good, but different from ol' Timmies. Enjoyable to eat;... However, zero nostalgia points. Americans don't know what a double double is. Had to explain to the girl I ordered from thenagain to the person going to make it. Also, this is probably Arizona specific, when you order coffee, they give you iced coffeeunless you specify you want hot coffee. In Canada it's the opposite. Read more

Came to get a coolatta like I always do at Dunkin. They filled it with ice and barely any syrup. Tastes nasty. The dunkin in... warner and McClintock is better. The menus are on a tv screen and keep switching with annoying animations so you can't fullyread it as well. Read more
