I have made an order 3 times and every time I order and pay for it my order is canceled by the manager citing no help, after... they cancel the order then it takes days to get my refund. This is not a good business practice and I would be without theability to eat had I not had more funds in my acct. If I could give 0 stars -- I would. We waited 2 hours for our food, for a place that was literally 3min away. If this company is... short handed - then they need to call their customer and provide SOME KIND of customer service to inform the order is going totake longer than expected. Not only have I worked for Domino's in the past, I can honestly say that the customer service of thishorrendous location is enough to make me turn into a horrible human being to simply get my food -- which was cold when Ipersonally drove there to pick it up -- I was offered no discount for the terrible customer and had to vocally direct themanager to give me my order because the ONE DRIVER they had there is clearly being overworked taking doubles. A manager and onepoor trainee who clearly have no idea how to answer a phone when I tried call for 20min with no answer -- when I arrived, I hadmake them acknowledge my existence just to demand my order getting cold on their "heat rack". I will be contacting the corporateoffice to put in a formal complaint. Either dont order food by delivery or AT ALL from this location -- save yourself the hassleand anger. Read more

I?m all for having deliveries via bicycle, especially now with the gas prices! But, remember, this is Arizona. So when it?s... extremely hot, DELIVERY IS NOT OPEN AS AN OPTION! So if you want pizza in the 7 hot months of Arizona, delivery isn?t going tohappen (which I think is what most people tend to want). I miss the original location I used to have pizza come from since thislocation came about. They also close deliveries before 10pm on the weekend which is illogical. I again assume it?s due to thebikes. Makes sense but, maybe you should have an alternative for these other times! If you can?t fulfill and support the entireneeds of the shop, you shouldn?t be in operation. However, with that said, when they DO deliver, I have not had any concerningissues. Read more
Dominoes on McClintock 5.99 (or $8.99) special 2 toppings thin crust. Just not good! But, Great for a couple HS students w/a few... bucks each! They charge for seasoning packets! I used to order from here a couple times a month but my last order was missing the barbecue wings I ordered. When I called they... said the best they could do is give me 50% off my best order or wings.
