Wanted to grab a bite real quick before running errands. Unfortunately we caught them at a bad time. So they were under staffed... and the manager was trying to Hold everything together. He was waiting takes and ringing us up. But our orders weren't righteggs under cooked and billed for a coke I didn't recieve. We had to quit for silverware and still ended up with no spoon forcoffee. Very quiet, post-lunch crowd. Good, fresh, hot food at reasonable prices, great service. The manager today--I wish I had gotten... his name!!--greeted us personally and was very engaging. You can always rely on Denny's, and this was one of the betterexperiences I've had! Read more

I work here it's sad that we lost alot of business because the district manager DIAMOND MARTIN is more worried about labor ,... Than paying customers . I come in happy ready to work just to be told go home because the district manager doesn't like me. It'sa waste, my performance and work speaks for itself . We will continue to lose money because they understaff us only to get busy. We lose customers that truly give us their patience,only to be returned with unsatisfactory service. You wonder why sales islow because ppl aren't coming back . I do my best to keep it clean, restrooms serviced ,floors scrubbed and sanitized. Tablesclean ,greet guests along with run the register. But i can only do so much as with the days the give me ,just to be taken"supposedly" due to labor When I work every cup ,plate ,silverware,pots pans, is clean like it's supposed to be .
