Like several people, my bean and cheese with extra red, cheese and onion was the size of a flauta. Extras are half the cost of... the burrito. Other location have done better. Staff was nice and attentive in the drive thru. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but the young, sweet, kind human being in the drive thru, Jasmine is why I?m leaving a 5 star... review. Normally I wouldn?t but she is so great and she made my order and it was completely correct and tasted great! No longwait and to meet someone so kind and have some good food is a great day! We were so excited for this place to open in January after waiting since last May when we saw it was coming. We've been here... numerous times, and while we expected some growing pains from new employees in the beginning, things have never gotten better inthe 8 or 9 months since. Every other Del Taco I've every been to has been super fast and/or reasonably friendly. But you cannotever visit this location, no matter the time of day or night, and expect to be through the line in under 20 minutes. (I wish Iwas exaggerating, but we've timed it on multiple occasions.) The employees here constantly mess up our orders or forget items.In fairness, they are on a flight path, and during the times when planes are flying over, it's difficult to hear. But this isabsolutely not all the time, and there is no screen for you to see what they've typed in to make sure it's right. And Iunderstand that mistakes happen, but they are often super rude if you ask them to fix it, once even accusing us of orderingincorrectly (even though we had explicitly stated the specifics of the order at least three times) and slamming the window on usafter giving us the bag. (We were not rude in any way or being 'Karens' - we are always excessively nice. But we did askfor partof our order to be fixed due to t being an allergy issue.) I would chalk it up to a bad day, but this same young woman isconsistently rude every time we've had her and just seems like she hates life. (Hope things get better for her.) For the mostpart, I'm like whatever, because I generally enjoy the food and their sauce, but what used to cost us $8-$12 is now $24. And ifit was just going to increased employee wages, I'd be totally fine with that, but the food quality has also gone way down (toughto go much lower for fast food).
