Being a Detroiter and visiting the Phoenix area; it was a treat to experience an authentic Coney restaurant: the Coney Dog with... a snap, large thick fries, Faygo pop, Better Made chips and Superman ice cream. It was truly like visiting home. Nice job! Most of all, the customer service was professional! Read more

We hit up the Detroit Coney Grill for lunch during the Tempe Art Festival. We sat at the bar to grab a beer and some sliders.... The Husband the Mac Style Sliders and I went with the Classic Cheeseburger Sliders along with a pretzel bites. The sliders werebigger than we had thought they would be, so 3 was 1 too many. The Pretzel bites were okay, a little oily and some were overcooked, but still edible. Service was a little slow, but there was only 1 bartender for a lot of people. So it wasunderstandable. There are things on the menu that sound interesting and next time we are in the area we would consider goingback. Read more
