I found multiple strands of hair in my ice cream. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde ice cream. I had a large with a waffle cone... and ice cream was great, however I was disappointed as I sat and watched them prepare the ice cream in front of me. Very unprofessional customer service dirty store and the 2 employees working on 10/28/22 at 3:30pm they didn?t care about their... job or the store appearance. Empty to go cup on top of the counter in front of the register. Store manager sitting on top ofthe counter when customers walk in trash piled up on the floor next to the counter register tables not wiped down or clean. Idon?t recommend to anyone to visit this store unless if you want to be sick the next day with all the diseases from thislocation. Read more

First they barely had any flavors available, then they didn?t have any waffle cones available, then when we got the ice cream it... wasn?t cold at all, and the employee who gave it to us was rude and inconsiderate and gave us our ice cream after it had toucheda Halloween decoration and he didn?t even care. The boy who was working at 12 pm today was not wearing gloves at all!! How gross! He opened my Reese?s and was touching it with... no gloves and how would I know if he washed his hands! I don?t know why I keep going back expecting the result to be different. Cold Stone Creamery you need to do some serious... employee training at the Tempe Marketplace location. I hate leaving one star reviews, but c?mon, it?s impossible sometimes toget the attention of employees to place an order. The last time I was there an employee?s lunch sat on the counter. Ewwww. Bought just a chocolate milkshake with my debit, which was just over $8 at the register. The guy behind the counter said thanks... and I didn't think anything more.
