I found multiple strands of hair in my ice cream. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde ice cream. I had a large with a waffle cone... and ice cream was great, however I was disappointed as I sat and watched them prepare the ice cream in front of me. Very unprofessional customer service dirty store and the 2 employees working on 10/28/22 at 3:30pm they didn?t care about their... job or the store appearance. Empty to go cup on top of the counter in front of the register. Store manager sitting on top ofthe counter when customers walk in trash piled up on the floor next to the counter register tables not wiped down or clean.
