I can honestly say the Cinnabon at Arizona mills set the bar so high there isn?t another location that can come close So to them... . I had a free mini on my T-Mobile app one for me one for my grandson my grandson wasn't with me because I had a Dr. Appt & he was... doing school. Paid for unlimited pass and baby girl played until it closed. I wasn't interested in their activities but they gained some... points because they actually have electrical outlets next to seating so you can plug in and wait. I didn't notice we were therefor 5 hours. The bathroom is up a staircase I couldn't find another one and other than the lady at the concession stand I didnot come across another employee after paying at the gate. 5 star food and drinks. 0 stars for associate knowledge and customer service. I came to this location to redeem my free... T-Mobile Tuesday drink through my Cinnabon app.The cashier said he was new and couldn't figure out how to redeem a reward intheir own app and had to call his manager who was not at work. He said if i wanted the drink that i had to pay for it since hecould figure it out. By the time the manager got there i had already left and the reward was already expired. I called and spokewith her by phone. She was rude and kept talking over while i was trying to explain what happened and she told me I need to getover it because it's only $4 and hung up on me. I'll assure you I will NEVER return to this location. I suggest you re-teachyour staff better customer service skills. Read more
