I can honestly say the Cinnabon at Arizona mills set the bar so high there isn?t another location that can come close So to them... . I had a free mini on my T-Mobile app one for me one for my grandson my grandson wasn't with me because I had a Dr. Appt & he was... doing school. T-Mobile Tuesday drink through my Cinnabon app.The cashier said he was new and couldn't figure out how to redeem a reward intheir own app and had to call his manager who was not at work. He said if i wanted the drink that i had to pay for it since hecould figure it out. By the time the manager got there i had already left and the reward was already expired. I called and spokewith her by phone. She was rude and kept talking over while i was trying to explain what happened and she told me I need to getover it because it's only $4 and hung up on me. I'll assure you I will NEVER return to this location. I suggest you re-teachyour staff better customer service skills. Read more
