I did a pick up order through Doordash of chicken burrito bowl and paid extra for steak. The bowl was 60% empty. I told the... employee and she said that I ordered hlaf and half, which wasn?t true. Absolute worst service of my life. I stood in line for 25 minutes and their system went down which they cannot control. However,... they proceeded to give everyone their order for free in front of me and then I was the cut off and not allowed to order. We've always gotten great service when we visit. The food is great too and always fresh.

This is a very busy Chipotle, being inside Tempe Marketplace. The line can get long, but not too long of a wait. Employees are... friendly, but need more large tables as people from churches would come after Sunday service. Read more

I love Chipotle, this location is a little on the busier side because it?s next to ASU but the quality of food is not as good as... it could be. They are either out of a bunch of things and don?t make new batches of food or cook too much that it sits out andmakes the food taste burned from sitting on the line for so long. The reason I?m reviewing today is because I?m upset that theside of queso I received was filled up halfway and it was an item I paid extra for. When I was a kitchen manager at chipotle Iwas trained to fill it with 2 scoops for sides of queso, not sure if the rules changed or if they just didn?t have enough tospare. Either way I wish I would?ve known that it was going to be that little of a portion before adding it to my pick up orderbecause I wouldn?t have got it. If you order online you get 1/2 a portion for a higher price tag. Seems like lazy unprofessional people behind the counter but... Uber said portions are ?up to vendor discretion?. I haven't ate at chipotle in a long time because every time I went there my beans weren't cooked and the food was not good. Well... this location is really good or maybe they have changed some things with all the negative publicity that has happened.
