Wow, after a long day of work I?m super excited to grab Chipotle on the way home. Today I was wrong. This was a horrible... experience. The portion size of a bowl at this location is just about enough to feed my 13lbs dog. Do not get me started withthe guac, my first scoop was about 1 table spoon and then I asked for more. I got a total of two table spoons. Also, yourcashier had the biggest attitude I?ve ever seen. Wouldn?t have him in the front of house at any establishment I own. Anyway offto grab a second meal because that was simple not enough food. Read more

Place the order online to be ready for pick up at 4:30pm I arrived at 4:40pm and it was not there, an employee said I needed to... go to the other Tempe location near Priest and Elliot even though I did not order it to be at that location. I got there andthey did not have it and said I needed to go back to the original place. I went back to the original location atElliot/Discovery and arrived at 5:20pm this time and it still wasn't there. I talked to a girl there and she made it on the spotwhen she searched for it and found it not completed. There is no excuse for this disorganization and I will never return toeither of those 2 locations ever again. Just a BIG wasted my time and gas for traveling between both locations, which with gasprices these days is a big deal. They seemed more busy focusing their interest on the cake of whoever's birthday it was- Not tomention you can't even call and speak to someone (manager?) to have the order cancelled - disgusting organization and process.Needless to say I was livid. NEVER AGAIN!!! WORST SERVICE EVER-between BOTH Locations!!! Read more

Good quality food. Friendly staff. Seating is limited as it's not a big place. Nice lemonade drink options too.

I absolutely love Chipotle and this location is no exception. Quality food and the lobby is always clean. You can expect great... service, as well! I highly recommend this location and Chipotle restaurants in general. Read more

Since the food is so big, I always ask for sour cream and lettuce on the side so when i heat up the other half the sour cream... isn't warm and lettuce is trash. Today they wanted to charge me 2 extra dollars to put the sour cream and lettuce in cups verson the burrito. Never before had this. So i told them fine put it on the burrito in which they said its already made andcan't. SCAM. SCAM. Read more

HORRIBLE customer service if that's what you want to call it. Why do they want to rush you through when nobody's there and then... give you an attitude! The cashier Izzy would not give us the name of the girl that waited on us so I could put her name here.Food looked like slop. I will never stop here again. I would not recommend this place. They would not even allow me to talk tothe Manager assistant or anybody in charge. I asked the cashier why do you have to rush us through the line when no one's here. She says it's kind of what we do here. What treat your customers poorly? Extremely sarcastic people. Also one of the tacosactually had no meat on it at all! Read more

Kayla the cashier and the shift supervisor on staff were not polite at all. I approached with concerns regarding pricing on a... single cheese quesadilla and was immediately cut off by not only the cashier, but by the shift supervisor as well. I understandthat pricing cannot be changed and that?s fine, but when you?re a shift supervisor who should be professional and you?re rudeand inappropriate that?s not okay. I understand that it is hard to work in the food industry, but treating those who haveconcerns regarding pricing on items that they purchased with disrespect, attitude, and aggressiveness is not okay. I hope thatboth the cashier and shift supervisor can learn to think before they act. Your actions speak louder than words and I hope thatyou learn to treat people with kindness both staff and customers. Super disappointed in this store. Please do better, and ifmanagement reads this please learn to address behavior like this from your employees. Read more

I ordered a salad to eat in the restaurant and wasn't told they were out of forks until I paid and went to the utensils area.... It's very difficult to eat a salad with a spoon. Do they realize there is a grocery store 2 minutes away that would sell themsome plastic forks? Or at least do people the courtesy of telling them you're out of forks before they order something that canonly be eaten with a fork. Read more
