Charged me for beef rather than chicken. Ketchup dispenser was out but just enough to splatter on the sleeve of my blazer. Asked... for a couple napkins but was told they "ran out". A less than positive first experience. Read more
Zach Mckenzie the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I cannot understand how he was... hired as a manager he has no regard for customers or does he care for the owner of this business. This person was hired to makethings right when someone else makes a mistake but, instead made matters worse and did not even attempt to make it right. I willnever ever visit another Charley's again. Much less this location...if you love Charley's as much as my family does go toanother location. Don't expect to be treated with a smile or like a human they treat you like an order number here. They arealso promoting kindness with a message on their large plastic cup drink with a message on there to be kind because every act ofkindness creates a ripple effect. That is where it should start by teaching their staff to be kind and not rude to others. Yournot doing us any favors we spend our hard earned money here at least four hours of our hard work to pay for the food you areproviding. There is other reviews saying how rude they were also treated by the staff so many complete different strangerscould not have had the same experience unless it is true. I noticed that all good reviews are mostly addressed but rarely thebad ones. Maybe we should start there stop saying you will correct the issues and then do nothing about it words are just words.Read all the reviews before you go spend your hard earned money here especially in these hard times!
