Horrible Experience... 8pm at night and the bathrooms 'Out of Order' but they're really not, they're just out of order to... paying customers. I saw employee who had just finished their shift, use the restroom to change out of his uniform. Then, whenI needed to the restroom, the employee told me they were out of order. When I asked to speak to the MIC (Manager-In-Charge),She was unprofessional, combative and down right angry that I was challenging their 'Out of Order' sign. So why are they 'Outof Order' for paying customers but open for employees'? If you wanna close the bathrooms to customers - just say so... 'Bathrooms Closed to Paying Customers' or 'No Public Restrooms Available' but to say their out of order while employees haveaccess is just unacceptable. Chicken Fries were hard as a rock and not even warm. When I brought it to the attention of theemployee, he said they were fresh. I know what fresh is and these aren't fresh. Management person was annoyed that I asked herfor new Chicken Fries. Double Cheeseburger was horrible too - barely any ketchup, cheese not even melted, but hey everything isfresh according to dinning room guest service employee - I don't think So! So if you're looking for a great, quick non-hassleexperience, this is definitely not the Burger King where you should be spending your hard-earned $$$$. If I could give them 0stars, I would. So Sad, I worked for Burger King for man years and I know what FRESH looks like and this wasn't fresh, not evenclose. Read more

Ordered two orders of Chicken Fries. They had clearly been made hours ago and have been sitting under a heat lamp ever since,... because when I bit into one it snapped and crumbled into crumbs and dust. The rest were of a similar condition. Inedible, old, stale Chicken Fries. And they forgot my sauce, so I?m eating them dry like some sort of freak of nature. I?m just disappointed. This occurrence seems to be more of a trend, and one that spreads farther than just this location. The brand clearly justdoesn?t care about the customers, thus I, the customer, am inclined to just not care about the brand. Golden Arches for life,bay-beee. Read more

Every time I come to this location, no matter if it?s morning afternoon or night every employee is rude. When I place a simple... order with no modifications, they act like I ask for something that is not on the menu, they make it seem like the customerisn?t welcome in the store. There was a time where I had went through the drive-through for the first time and got a spicychicken sandwich when I got to the window they were so rude and mean because I ask for a single ranch. And I pulled to the sideand cried because that?s how uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt. Read more

There weren't that many cars in front of me but it did take a while to get through the drive thru The staff was friendly though... Burberry got my order wrong. That or they were out of the Hershey pie and did not want to tell me and gave me 3 cookies instead. Read more

I would say a 3.5 for the night shift and 4.5 stars for the morning crew. The difference in experience is dramatic. My night exp... is always cold food and my day time is hot food. Also Alicia is very helpful and hospitable. Thank you BK Read more

I have to give it 2 stars as there was one young girl working there that was really trying but I waited close to 25 minutes for... a pickup order. Seems like all the BK?s I have visited are a dumpster fire for service. 4-5 people working in the back and noone seemed to know what they were doing. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Man with mustache taking money at the drive thru was the rudest fast food employee I have ever... had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff at the Burger King on Mill and Southern is far more customer friendly...we willbe going there from now on. Read more

Not only did this location tell me after sitting in the drive through that I could not use the mobile order using the drive thru... and I would have to come inside, even though it was clearly a drive through order because I have a knee injury. As soon as Ihad to come inside I tried to cancel my order however there is no way for me to cancel the order in the app! After cominginside, to the pleasure of getting to wait in line again... little did I know that the wait was just beginning! After gettingmy order in with the cashier I then had to wait about 20 minutes standing in the store on my bad knee only to then be told thatmy order it cleared off the screen after 10 minutes and by the time I finally got my food probably about 25 minutes after givingthe in person mobile code to the cashier to then received a bag of cold pathetic looking food. On top of all that the rest ofthe food I was picking up that had been ordered at the same time as this order has been ready for over 30 minutes now as I wasplanning to do a drive-thru to pick this order up and that is really ruin the meal for everyone involved. This is by far beenthe worst BK experience I've ever had I probably will not come back to a Burger King anymore. Worst of all as I feel bad forthe poor people working there trying to figure all this out. This location was clearly under New Management who are strugglinggreatly and if you guys are not able to handle the orders that you let people place then you should not be placing these orders.Other locations close at 9pm be, probably because that are understaffed and don't want to get overwhelmed ???? This is anembarrassment, now paid for some awful food that has also ruined the other food ordered from other restaurants for people to eatand now I will be telling everyone I know about my experience both in person Read more
