By the overwhelming negative reviews here it?s clearly a failure of corporate, franchisees, training or management or some... combination thereof. For the life of me I can?t understand how this location stays open. Just witnessed someone really upsetthat they waited over 20 minutes to get their food while they were handing orders out to people who came later. It was finallyaddressed by the manager after the front worker practically ignored her requests to speak to the manager. Such a shame really.The positive reviews here read like fiction. Read more

If I could give a 0 star I would.my wife went there to order a meal for the fam. They had here waiting in the parking lot for at... least 10 minutes. she was the only customer. she could see the employees rough housing and chatting through the window. Veryunprofessional and upper management should be ashamed of his/her employees. Never going there again Read more
As I sit here in Burger King I can't help but to enjoy this meal. Not to many places I would return to but will here. Literally... hot fries like the bite one half way and it is to hot, but his one is hot but my desired preference on hot items. This foodtoday right now is the shuckkel. I haven't even got to the burrito as I was savoring the Whopper and fries. Just saying so farthe business is where it's at. As I am leaving the place is five stars and a return visit. Even though I'm quiet by nature thisfood makes me want to talk about the joy of this food. I'm not pushing up nothing I really enjoyed the food. I am also lightweight full. Taking some home with me. Thanks BK for another experience leaving me wondering ?why do I keep coming back here?? My current answer: the impossible... burger. I really wish a different chain had them because there is always something negative that happens every time I come tothis location. This time: they tried to charge me in the drive through for the order right before mine, they kept saying ?holdon? while I was trying to order (especially when I asked them to remove the things that weren?t mine), tomatoes on a burger thatI ordered without, a medium fry when I paid for a large, no Dr Pepper, they gave us food but no drinks, they didn?t give ussauce for our nuggets, they didn?t give us straws, and why do all of the burger toppings need to be plopped right in the middleof the burger instead of distributed evenly. thank you BK for another less than satisfactory experience.
