I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and all I can eat are soft foods. I got mashed and sweet potatoes which were both awesome.... The employees here are splendid and included extra gravy for me, since it?s all I can eat. Thank you so much! Definitely comingback Read more

Boston Market is not what it used to be especially this one. The chicken doesn't taste good and the skin doesn't taste like... Boston Market back in the 80s the chickens is like eating a rubber I'm very disappointed I think I lost my appetite for allBoston Market so sad I used to die for the skin on there chicken. The Boston Market in Scottsdale on Scottsdale Road is athousand times better and tasting good luck if you eat here Read more

What has happened to Boston Market? The food was barely mediocre (chicken was excellent), mixed vegetables were old and mushy.... The other side dishes were room temperature at best, and the cornbread was cold.... like "out of the refrigerator" cold!! What adisappointment ???? Service was good, but 2 of the 3 workers kept disappearing and just 1 guy was left alone to runthings. Music was too loud. Entire experience (except for delicious chicken) was just so dissatisfying Read more

It was great to see a new location opened. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I arrived. They were ready to take my... order but didn't mage me feel rushed. The food was ready quickly and was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and week laidout. Not to big and not to small. The only thing was they must have had the air conditioner on as it was VERY cold in therestaurant. I'll be back for sure but maybe with a sweater. Lol Read more

Well an interesting extravaganza nonetheless. I decided to give Boston Market a tryout this evening and was impressed and... disappointed to be frank. It began as an awesome experience interacting with the rotisserie experts behind the counter. TheCustomer service was excellent as they were very helpful in making it a great experience for me as a first timer in this eastcoast market in the southwest. I got set up with half a bird, stuffing, Mac n cheese, and some good ole cream of spinach. I lefthappy and excited to dig in upon arrival to my house. But that?s when things took a turn for the worst. The food was, as theysay around campus, ?boof?. The mac n cheese was super salty while the only thing the stuffing was missing was salt. The chickenwas good but the sauce on top was salt bath for my poor bird. I?m not salty about the food, the food is just exceedingly salty. But hey, could?ve been a bad batch you know what I?m sayin. Anyways I gave the food 1 star but the customer service carried myrating to a 3. I hope I can make it back here and see some improvements but you?ll never know Read more

I ordered Baby back ribs, Mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole. The ribs had dried out sauce on them. My hubby took it... back and they gave him a container of cold barbecue sauce to put on these sad ribs. The rib meat was pale and tasteless. The Macand cheese tasted very low quality, like no real cheese was in it. The sweet potato casserole was okay. My husband's chickenpot pie was okay. A lot of money for this. Read more
