Not a pleasant experience. Some of our sides were cold. The environment was not pleasing. Trash was overflowing, disconnected... fridge or freezer sitting in dining room, one booth was pilled up with boxes. We people go to eat they need an environment theycan feel confident that the food was not prepared in the same type of mess. The icing on the cake was the price $60 for myfamily of 4. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant for that amount. Read more

They were starting to close when we got there, but kind enough to let us stay and eat still. I love their food, but of course... since it was closing time they were out of napkins and some of the sides didn't look as fresh as they normally do. But all inall we were happy! Read more

The food at this location is absolutely fantastic for those foodies who are looking for a variety of type of food that includes... chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, various greens, sweet corn, and various other homemade American dishes. The service receivedfrom these young individuals was given with speed, professionalism, and plenty of smiles. Their new rotisserie chicken nuggetsif you wanna call them that are absolutely fantastic compared to what is typically breaded or processed. Tonight was my firsttime trying them. I ordered spicy and barbecue and they were delicious !! I can?t wait to come back and order them once again Read more

I really liked the Boston Market I went to in Scottsdale. I was happy to see this one in Tempe with plenty of nice... seating(including booths)and fast service with great quality food. I had the new Thai Garlic sweet rotisserie chicken which wasperfectly tender, flavorful and juicy. I rate it best rotisserie chicken I've had in Arizona! My sweet potato side was also thebest I've had of that category. The Manager, Simone, told me she made it and she's a great chef as well as manager. I was veryimpressed. Prices are very reasonable for the above avg. size servings and fine dining quality served fast. Boston Market isabout a block south of Southern Ave on the left side of McClintock going south. Highly recommended. Read more

Stopped by on our way home on a Sunday early afternoon. Walked in and were nicely and quickly greeted by the manager on duty and... younger gentlemen working. Offered a sample as we were figuring out what to order. Food was great, kids loved their new nuggetsand the staff was extremely friendly. Read more

Waited 15 minutes past the time when my meal was supposed to be done, only to find they are out some items and one of the ones I... managed to get (cilantro lime rice) was completely uncooked, you can see a lot of the rice was translucent and not cooked atall. I couldn't even eat it without hurting my teeth and this isn't the only time either that this has happened. So not comingback to this location. Read more

Not a very happy thanksgiving. We live around the corner and eat here a few times a month and are always happy with the food,... but yesterday we picked up the thanksgiving chicken meal for 3 and paid $55 for what I can only imagine is some outsourced forcemeat garbage. We didn?t receive the usual juicy rotisserie chicken Boston Market is famous for. It was dry and hard and cold. And tasted unseasoned. Not even salt or pepper. The slices had this fake brown coating on them which is meant to resemble crispyrotisserie chicken skin I?m sure. Well it?s not skin. It?s some chemical liquid smoke nonsense. The carrots in the stuffing werenot cooked, like at all. We picked them out and ate the bland stuffing. The best part of the meal was the Mac and cheesebecause they didn?t cheap out on it for the holiday as it appears they did for everything else. Honestly I?d like a refund. Iexpected Boston market. Not a Walmart knock off in a Boston market bag at a Boston market price. It?s not fair. Read more
