Came in here to knock out some homework and was pleasantly surprised! Better alternative to Starbucks! Warm, inviting staff and... ambiance. Yummy breakfast sandwich & LARGE options for drinks! I got the iced white mocha with only half the white chocolate andit did not disappoint. Same price points as other coffee shops but you get what you pay for here! Ok I really like their coffee (I am just a plain latte drinker), but I really wish they had more comfortable seats as I really... like to do my homework at coffee shops around here. Their seats are little metal wires that dig into you and leave hours-lastingmarks on your legs. Pretty decent cup of coffee, I had a cinnamon latte and it was sweetened with condensed milk, and unusual order for me. The... flavor was good to the last drop. If I'm in the area again and get the hankering for some good Joe, I'd absolutely stop hereagain. Also there's a drive through! Read more
We love Black Rock Coffee! Despite the prices, it has almost become a morning ritual to drop in for coffee, and sometimes a... snack, before sitting down for a long day of studying or work! Unless you like your coffee sweet, be sure to ask for unsweetenedlaté or you will most likely get it with sweetened milk/creamer of what you ordered. I'm a huge fan of their cold brew, easyice black! Definitely a great Starbucks alternative. It has a similar Starbucks look inside, and a drive through, but not too busy. I don?t... think it?s in a good spot for business, because it?s kinda hidden and out of the way, but they have great coffee with plenty offlavor options and friendly, fast service. Amazing place to get breakfast! We got mocha, chai latte and bagels and it was all so good. The bagels were so soft. And the... drinks were so good too; I never had such amazing chai latte anywhere. The staff did a great job accommodating our choices, infact they helped us with the order and made it taste even better. The decor of the place looked very good and vibes were verycomforting.
