If I could literally give 0 stars I would. I visited this location 10/27 ordered a 6 piece half medium/ half honey hot ( the... lady that took my order already was really rude cause a few days ago I believe it was her that took my order and it was the sameissue) anyways I asked for well done and didn?t get it I complained then on 10/25. It literally didn?t even take 5 mins for myorder so I knew they just gave me food that was already prepared and slapped sauce on it Instead of making it fresh how theynormally will. Chicken was not hot at all and not well done how I asked. I then asked for a refund she didn?t ask what?s theissue or anything just said done and rolled her eyes. If I am paying for a service I would like my food prepared how I wantespecially being I have been a customer with ATL wings for awhile and know that it?s a option to get well done and wings arenormally fresh. So before this situation I complained cause my wings were not well done and hardly had any sauce I got a creditcame in the next day the cook Darrel I believe his name was very helpful apologized for the night before and made the wings howthey should be made with love! The young lady was still rude so I?m guessing this is the same person I asked her for more ranchshe charged me but gave the customers that was before me 2 for free. Every time I visit this location in the evening/night it?snothing but issues. It?s just this location cause I never had a issue at any other location. This location needs someadditional training. Ahhh loved it. Wings bone in perfectly crispy with the dry rubs. I went with the house ATL and garlic parmesan great choices.... The wings are huge sized very meaty. Large fries were fittingly sized as large and salted just right. Sports on the monitor andnice. Recommended x2. Not overly busy but hidden in a mini mall. I will make this my regular wing source maybe you will too. Read more
The ATL by our old house was closed, and we were left with a wing sized hole in our hearts. Fast forward 5 years and here we are... with an ATL in our backyard! Good lord these are the best wings we have ever had, we get the ATL dry rub, chef's special, mediumbuffalo and a tray of fries for the family. Everything we have had from here has been great quality and highly addictive. Oh,they have blue koolaid... it compliments the wings, you gotta try it. Read more
