They train their servers very well and all are incredibly friendly. I come here once a week for lunch and always get outstanding... customer service. They are all personable and upbeat. The food is typical American menu, perfect for casual Mill seekers whowork nearby! The only negative is that it takes a moment to know you have arrived. If you sit at the bar it'll take a fewminutes but never over 5 for the bartender to come up to you. And that's only sometimes!! Read more
Food was good. Had a salad- ingredients fresh and put together well. Beer selection lacks a bit considering it has beer in its... name. Service was slow, but otherwise good. Saw one party leave because they were waiting too long. The place is clean and nottoo loud. Enough TV's around to enjoy any sports event. Overall, a good experience. Read more
Americana is great! I have been to a few places on Mill and they have a great vibe. The servers are chill and barkeeps tend to... you often to make sure your glass is never empty. Their happy hour is amazing and well priced. The food is full of flavor and inbig portions. All in all this is a spot that I plan on going to more often. Read more
The curse has been lifted! This location suffered from a series of mismanaged restaurants, with the only decent thing to be... here was a froyo place which moved. But finally there is a place that serves great food in a fun atmosphere here. The burgersare fantastic, but I'm partial to the Buffalo chicken salad. Friendly staff, with management obsessed with making sure you aresatisfied. Nearly every time I've been there they've checked in with me, and asked for suggestions on what they can do better.
