Pretzels are great but the women helping my son and I was rude. Must have been to early in the morning for her.

My niece wanted some dog bites and lemonade so we stopped by, I guess the cashiers were in a bad mood because they were so rude.... Specially LESLIE she was giving us some ugly looks, please train the cashiers to be more customer service friendly. We lovewetzels pretzels but today it was just a horrible experience. Read more
If you like women who are rude and to throw your food on the counter, give you attitude and try to deny you service then... management please give your employee Leslie a gold star????. Your attitude doesn't belong at the work place. If it was up to hershe would have denied to serve me. I've been coming here for years because my son loves it. Forget this place. Always always always my go-to for a quick bite when I'm going though the mall. Personally I always get the Pepperoni Pretzel... when I go but if I don't feel like carrying around a whole pretzel, I get the Pizza Bites, which are arguably more convenientbut also a little more pricey, most likely due to the fact that they're in a cup. You can also never go wrong with a FrozenLemonade, in regular or strawberry. But be warned, after a while it starts to make your tongue sore and starts to taste kind ofbitter, almost like you're sucking on a lemon rind. Read more
