Ordered from this restaurant a few weeks ago on my husbands account- placed a pick up order, fully paid for. Went to pick up the... order and the Dickeys staff told us that they knew nothing about "Trailer Birds". Called the number listed, same Dickeys. Itwas 8:50 PM and Dickeys staff said they were CLOSED. We returned another day. They apologized for the mix up and asked us toreturn at dinnertime. We did just that and it took them 25 minutes to prepare two entrees and sides. The manager assused us thatthe food was correct. Arrived home, order was missing items, had incorrect toppings on sandwiches. Returned to inform them ofyet another mix up. As I entered, the manager stated that "there was NO way anything was wrong". Showed her the food, she gaveme a refund and no apology. Read more
