Mouthwatering CARBONARA, STEAK DIANE, and SEARED SALMON are the bomb! I usually prefer the authentic Carbonara from Rome,... Italy, but Cheesecake's version had me drooling that I cleaned my (big) plate! My hubby who's on restricted diet also couldn'thelp finishing up his steak and salmon, so 4 THUMBS UP to Cheesecake especially to Terrel at the Bar section who already servedus twice since our first visit. The service was great, there was no wait time and our server was very attentive. However, the food overall didn't have the... flavors we were expecting. The plates looked really pretty but the pasta wasn't as tasty as it looks. The menu is huge so maybewe will just try something else next time. Read more

This cheesecake location in Temecula never disappoints me with the flavors and service. There is almost always a 45+ min wait... during their busy hours, so be prepared. The cheesecake factory is located at the mall, so you can walk in the mall whilewaiting. I've only had one bad waiter service me here out of my handful of times coming here. It's a great place and a littlepricey if you've never gone before, especially the steak! Read more

Lunch is definitely a good time to get good service and good food. George our sever was attentive and courteous?.. We had the... Chicken / Avocado ???? Salad and the Salmon over a bed of rice??..
