Previous experiences were bad, but kids talked me into giving them another shot. At 1st glance, everything looked fantastic with... the remodeled interior, but appearances can be deceiving. There were 3 people working inside, but none of them seemed eager totake my order. Finally, the guy behind the counter said he'll be right with me, but then disappeared in the back for a spell.He made the sandwiches when he returned, but then acted dumb when I presented a BOGO coupon that was mailed to my house. Hesaid the barcode wasn't scanning or some nonsense like that. I suggested he ask the manager, but he said there was no manager.I asked one of the other employees if they could try, but the best they could do was offer 10% off. I refused this classic "baitand switch" tactic and left. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists at all costs. Read more
Service was very slow when we went this time, normally it's pretty fast expecially with no one else in line. Food was so-so, and... prices went up for sure! I will stick with our regular Subway off 79 South Read more

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online and sent my daughter in to get it. Sandwiches were not what we ordered at... all. Either the person couldn't read or follow directions, but it was completely wrong. It looked as if they just made upwhatever they wanted. Unfortunately we didn't check until we got home and had to turn around to go back. I will never return tothis subway. Horrible customer service Read more
